Using The Unger UniTec Squeegee light for window cleaning :

As part of the Unitec range it has been designed to fit Telescopic Poles with the end cone for positive attachment. It can also be used on most other poles with cones that require a simple push fit.

Yes, when using this or any other Aluminium or Steel pole care needs to be taken to avoid overhead power lines and cables. Metal is an excellent electrical conductor and contact with an electrical source could result in serious injury or death from electrocution. Also do not this or other poles in an electrical storm, as being struck by lightning can likewise cause series injury or death.
