Product Information: Unger StarDuster PRO DUSTER

The Unger StarDuster PRO DUSTER is bendable duster that is ideal for cleaning narrow spaces. It has many useful applications. Firstly, it can be used by hand or be extended to 150cm. Secondly, it can be used in narrow spaces of about 2cm. Thirdly, it's long reach helps to reach behind furniture. Also, the StarDuster comes with a disposable sleeve fitted over a lambswool head. Disposable sleeves are available as spare parts.

Using the StarDuster:

Fit the disposable sleeve over the lambswool head. To extend the telescopic sections, hold the StarDuster with the handle towards you. Then turn the grey section clockwise and extend. To lock the section, turn anti-clockwise. Please note the white collars do not turn. Replacement disposable sleeves are available in packs of 10 (DS10Y) and packs of 50 (DS50Y). When ordering select if additional sleeves for the StarDuster are required. Sleeve are made from 100% Polypropylene and are 46cm x 18cm in size.

Are there any special safety precautions I need to take while using the pole? Yes, when using this or any other Aluminium or Steel pole take care to avoid overhead power lines and cables. Additionally, metal is an excellent electrical conductor and contact with an electrical source could result in serious injury or death from electrocution. Also do not use this or other poles outside in an electrical storm, as being struck by lightning can cause serious injury or death.

Lastly, if working from a ladder, take care to follow the manufacturers safety instructions for the safe use of the ladder.
